Abstract Preparation Guidelines

General Rules

All abstracts will be collected via congress submission email: Info@congroup.com. Abstracts must be prepared in English. Once an abstract is received in the system, an abstract identification number will be assigned.

At least one author of each accepted abstract must attend the congress. Abstracts of all accepted submissions will be published in the Congress Abstract Book (electronic edition).

1. Abstract Writing Rules

The abstract must be prepared in accordance with the following rules.
• Abstracts must contain original information, and the text must be written in English.
• Academic titles should not be used in author names.
• Authors’ institutional names and addresses must be provided only during online submission.
• No personal or institutional information should appear in the title or abstract text.
• Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized (abbreviations are exceptions).
• If abbreviations are used, the full term must be provided in parentheses at first mention.
• Oral presentation abstracts should be structured as Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
• Video presentation abstracts should be structured as Introduction, Case Presentation, Conclusion.
• The abstract text (excluding title, author names, and institutions) must not exceed 300 words.

2. Video Presentation Preparation Guidelines

In addition to the online abstract submission, a video abstract file must be submitted for evaluation.
• The video must be in WMV, AVI, or MP4 format.
• The video duration must not exceed 2 minutes.
• Files can be uploaded to cloud platforms such as Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive, or OneDrive.
• The video should be submitted according to the instructions provided by the Congress Secretariat.
• Include detailed contact information. • The deadline for video submission is the same as the abstract submission deadline.
• Video presentations without a submitted video file will not be evaluated.

3. E-Poster Preparation Guidelines

Poster presentations must be prepared in PDF format for display on digital screens.
Posters should be prepared as a single vertical page, with a resolution of 300 dpi and dimensions of 1080 × 1920 pixels.
After acceptance results are announced, the final poster must be sent to info@congroupegy.com Please also bring a digital copy with you to the congress.

4. Case Report

Case reports should present unique, rare, or educational clinical cases with significant learning value. The abstract should include a brief Background, Case Presentation (clinical findings, diagnosis, management, and outcome), and Conclusion highlighting the main clinical message. Patient confidentiality must be maintained, and no identifying information should be included.
Accepted case reports will be presented as oral or poster presentations according to the scientific committee’s decision.

For accepted abstracts to be included in the Congress Abstract Book, at least one of the authors must be registered for the congress and must present the abstract during the scientific program.
